This will be an all levels event.

We will invite participants into playful yet deep presence with one another while maintaining a deep connection to oneself.

We will invite various forms of expression and experience (not just verbal) and relational practices related to AR (authentic relating), in which you are guided in both full group and dyadic partnering. We will stay tuned into body and energetic awareness, not just the mind.

We will most likely explore “birthday circling” where we observe or enter each others ‘worlds’ (experience) with more focused intention. We will also do Organic Circling in which we allow the flow of what ever is true and arising moment by moment to surface and express most authentically. The practice is led in a tradition of ‘Surrendered Leadership’, meaning we do not operate hierarchically, but rather explore the SELF-leadership of each individual while in connection to the whole!

The cost is $25 (if bring a friend) or $30 ~~preregistration is preffered and any questions are welcomed!!
