Emergent Playful Flow

This is a day long event for any experience level. We will be incorporating subtle movement prompts and reflection for collective embodiment awareness into our Circling Practice. We will bring a spirit of payfull exploration and platonic intimacy as we navigate the inner and outer terrain. The day will be guided and yet also plenty of room for organic or ‘surrendered leadership’ style practice or “birthday circling” where more focused attention is directed to those who want it.

We will have a 3 hr block then long lunch break and return for another 3 hr block of time together. Bring a lunch or have plenty of time to go get one at the break. We will have hot tea and water on site to offer.
